Step: 1
Using the included Y head screwdriver, remove the two screws from the bottom of the PDA. |

Step: 2
Using the included screwdriver, remove the screw from each side. |

Step: 3
Once the screw are removed, use your finger to carefully lift and remove the back case cover. With the case cover remove, use the included screwdriver to remove the single screw in the picture. |

Step: 4
With the single screw removed, pull open the gold foil cover allow access to the battery. |

Step: 5
Disconnect the old battery by gently pulling on the power connector. Once the cable disconnects you can remove the battery for the PDA.
To insert the new battery, line-up the power cable connector with the power socket. Use the your finger or the tip of a screwdriver to push the connector into the socket. Apply the new battery on the case within the guide bracket. The battery should stick to original glue spots. Please pay attention to keep the original battery orientation.
Put back the single foil screw, the back case cover, and the four screws.
Your new battery will need a minimum of three hours of charging before first use. |
