| A: Two reasons: enhance value and protection of their portable devices. Many people invest a lot in their portable devices for work and enjoyment, and there is a definite need to maximize their usage, and hence, their value to the customers. Just as important, many cheap replacement batteries are low quality and may adversely affect, or even damage, the devices. Premium grade batteries like our products are developed to work seamlessly with the units and undergo vigorous QA testing to ensure superior reliability, giving the customers more value for their money. | |||

| A: Replacement batteries typically follow the market maturity curve of the devices they power, therefore as the device market matures the ordinary replacement batteries becomes generic and profit margin in selling them diminishes. However, premium batteries like our products have two distinct advantages over ordinary batteries: early market entry & superior performance. These advantages enable our business partner to offer unique products that command a higher price and generate better margin. | |||

| A: We accept T/T in advance, L/C at sight or Paypal. | |||

| Q5: What is the lead time of delivery? | |||
| A: Largely dependent on payment from customer. Usually it is 4-6 working days after payment receipt. B: The goods will be ship out when the payment received for small order. C: Once we received of your order before 14:00PM Hong Kong time, we will be ship out on the same day, received after 14:00PM will be shipped the following day ( If you have deposit in our account ). |

| A: Cameron Sino Technology Limited. warrants to our customers that all of our products shall be free from defects, both in material and workmanship, for a period of 12 months from the date the products are delivered to our customers. This warranty does not extend to damage which occurs in shipment, or due to the use of parts, accessories which are not supplied by Cameron Sino Technology Limited., or failure which results from misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, alternation, improper installation or maintenance. | |||
