| A: Our drop-shipping service allows you to start your business with just $1,000. We keep over 40,000 items in-stock in our warehouse for your selection and we do not have minimum ordered restrictions on your orders, so you donˇ¦t have to worry about keeping stock or how to deal with unpopular items. | |||

| Q2: How can I become a drop-ship member? | |||
| A: Please drop us a few lines with your contact detail such as name, contact no, address, email address etc at sales.dep@cameronsino.net . An account will be opened up for you shortly. | |||

| Q3: What about deposit? | |||
| A: It requires an initial deposit of USD$1,000. Every order will be deducted from the deposit. Once your deposit is below USD$100, you will be required to fill it up to USD$1,000 again. The deposit is 100% owned by you and it's refundable if you wish to cancel your membership. There is no membership fee, neither a lump-sum fee nor an annual fee. The invoice per order will be emailed to you showing your latest account status, and a customer statement will be send by the end of each month showing all your monthly transactions. | |||

| Q4: What about shipping and handling charges? | |||
| A: The shipping charges will be the same as the shipping rate of HK Post Office or Fedex. The handling charges for bulk order will be waived. | |||

| Q5: How do I sell your products? | |||
| A: You can sell our products on ebay, any kinds of online shop, eshop, or whatever ways you would like to sell them. | |||

| Q6: How can I obtain your price list / stick list? | |||
| A: We will send you our latest price list once the initial deposit payment is settled. An updated price list including promotional items and new items with upgraded capacities will be send to you each week. | |||

| Q7: How about lead time / delivery schedule? | |||
| A: For orders that are placed before 14:00pm HK time, we guaranteed that your goods will be shipped on the same day. For orders that are placed after 14:00pm, your goods will be shipped on the following day. | |||

| Q8: What are the options for carriers? | |||
| A: - Air mail (defaulted option) - Registered Air Mail - EMS - Fedex |

| Q9: How will you pack the items? | |||
| A: Your drop ship items will be wrapped with bubbled envelops and shipped to any address with your company name and our address in HK for protection and mailing services. | |||

| Q10: What are your return policies? | |||
| A: All our products are warranted for 12 months from the date the products are delivered to our customers. This warranty does not extend to damage which occurs in shipment, or due to the use of parts, accessories which are not supplied by Cameron Sino Technology Limited., or failure which resulted from misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, alternation, improper installation or maintenance. We will replace the faulty items with the same model and quantity. | |||
